What we collect
Only what you give us directly:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, company (if you share it), and whatever you write in the message field. We use this solely to reply to you.
- Basic site analytics — anonymized, aggregate visit counts so we know which pages people read. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We never add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you explicitly ask.
- We never share your details with third parties except the form-delivery service that routes your message to us, and only for that purpose.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If our analytics ever needs a cookie to count visits accurately, it will be first-party only and contain no personal information.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records — typically no more than two years. You can ask us to delete your message and details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hi @ medhastech dot com (written out to dodge spam bots) and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use reputable, encrypted services to receive and store messages, and we limit access to the people who need it to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps and take this seriously.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also note it on the homepage for a while.
